covering the Central Texas area from the
Brazos River on the east and IH-35 to the
west, north to Waco and south to Giddings.
We cover the stories that affect the lives
of our listeners, from the schools, city
hall, to the courthouse, we are there for
you. KRXT features country music
programmed with the hits of today and the
great hits of the past. KRXT is affiliated
with ABC and the Texas State News Network.
For weather we receive reports daily from
meteorologist Bill Hecke and the National
Weather Service. Sports coverage includes
high schools in our listening area and Texas
